Planning

So many little details to think about, but planning a wedding really isn't that bad. Of course, I've always been a planner. I also am not picky in terms of exactly what flowers I have, what kind of cloths are on the table, etc. etc.

I'm currently working on seating charts, getting my dress altered, mom is working on the veil, bridal shower is this weekend, and I've got to get the last few bridesmaids their dresses. ok, 5 of them. ;p I have to call the coordinator from the hall in a bit to work out a few more details. I guess there are a lot of things to do, but the timeline of when things have to be done by is so large that I'm finding it really hard to be stressed out about it. This is where being a procrastinator is a good thing... I don't really think of much being done late. very nice.

One thing that is REALLY annoying is the response cards. MANY people haven't sent them. I can't understand that. I find it really rude actually. We're talking about 50 people haven't responded! and most of them are coming. oh well. What can I do about?

Time to play some Family Fued with co-workers. It's so quiet here in the summers... it's amazing. Of course, having been out of the office for awhile, I do have some stuff to catch up on. I'll get to it. ;p

It IS rude if people haven't responded in some form. If family has told you or your parents that they can or can't come, but forgot to send the card, that's one thing, but if people just haven't responded at all, it's completely rude. Then again, I think it's rude when people don't RSVP to an evite, so you can imagine I'd feel this way about formal wedding invitations!!
