Sushi and Saturday Work

So Rob has a couple of friends in town for the weekend, one which was quite a surprise for the both of us. His ex (of three years from high school!) is one of them. She flew in from D.C. last night... she's actually super cool, and I've enjoyed hanging out with her.

Paul (other friend) made sushi for dinner last night. He really didn't want to buy the fish from Porter Exchange (expensive), but I said it's the only one I would eat. They wanted to buy grocery store fish, but the woman there was very adamant about us not eating it as sushi... so we went back to Porter Exchange and bought the "sushi-grade" fish. It ended up being a very good dinner. We had wasabi peas and edamame as well. Yum!

Then we went to a party, after having already had a lot to drink. It was at Dudley (grad house), so it was kind of a wacky crowd. Free booze and a pretty good DJ. It was a fun night... we ended it with hot dogs. Always a bright idea at 2 in the morning!

But now I'm at work... only a few hours. It is Saturday after all. :)
