Cheap vs. Generous

Sometimes I think I am the strangest combination of cheap vs. generous... if I can save money somehow and I know it, I will do it. But when it comes to tips, spending money on friends, etc. the cheapness goes out the window. It goes beyond that... I get very annoyed by cheapness (esp. with tipping!), but I also get annoyed when Rob ALWAYS buys a bottle of water at a very high cost. Why do I care?!? But I can't help it... I care.

I am an odd combination of "A penny saved is a penny earned" and "somebody give me a good quote to sum up my other half."
