Harlem Globetrotters

I wish I had seen them years ago rather than yesterday... was rather boring. some parts were quite funny. at least I got the tickets for free.

I've eaten out or had generally a lot of crappy food lately, so I feel like I need to go through detox. Fish and veggies for dinner tonight. Going to Whole Foods to get the fish... beautiful store.

Meat Loaf

I made meat loaf for the first time last night. It was good. It said to cover it with bacon, and I did, but I will never do so again. We barely ate that part and just threw it away... and I would have liked a "crust" or glaze on it. Perhaps the bacon kept it moister though... I guess I'll see the next time I try making it.

The Oscar's are tonight. I'll be watching at a friends house... there should be a ton of yummy food too, so I'm looking forward to it. I'm going to watch Wallace and Grommit in the Curse of the Were-Rabbit. I've never seen any of the others, so it should be interesting. Well, that's what I'm off to do now... and then maybe visit friends and their new baby. We have yet to meet him, but he sounds like he's keeping his parents busy and exhausted already!
