Scared

I am depressed. I am worried. In fact, perhaps I'm even a little terrified.

For some reason, I have woken up today (well, maybe it started a bit last night) pretty much convinced that McCain is going to win. How can people not care about the issues? How can people let selfish statements like "we won't raise your taxes" be the only thing that matters to them? How is McCain and this administration not responsible for the 8 years of crapola we've had? How can Fred Thompson keep a straight face and blame the liberal Congress for the difficulties we are currently facing?
